Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of the course purchase date.
Books:
We accept returns for books under the following conditions:
Unopened and Unused: Books must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Return Request: You must submit a return request within 30 days of the book purchase date.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Test Papers:
Refunds for test papers will only be considered if there are technical issues preventing access to the test papers and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time frame.
Damaged Items:
We do not accept returns for damaged books. Please ensure that books are returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
